Position Overview

The Fusion HUMINT Analyst II provides intermediate-level Human Intelligence (HUMINT) analytic support to Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) ISR-PED operations. This role contributes directly to Special Operations mission planning and execution by producing detailed HUMINT analysis supporting Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and Assess (F3EA) targeting cycles. The analyst integrates human geography and socio-cultural intelligence into multi-discipline ISR products to enhance operational decision-making.

Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate-level HUMINT analysis supporting Special Operations regional and point-target intelligence requirements.
• Produce detailed analytic products supporting Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and Assess (F3EA) mission cycles.
• Analyze HUMINT collection and reporting to identify intelligence gaps, trends, and actionable insights.
• Integrate human geography and socio-cultural knowledge into ISR-PED intelligence products.
• Apply Intelligence Community (IC) HUMINT tradecraft, methodologies, and analytic standards.
• Provide HUMINT analytic guidance and tradecraft support through knowledge capture and sharing.
• Work with operational and tactical-level intelligence systems, databases, and reporting platforms.
• Support HUMINT targeting activities and collection management.
• Collaborate with SIGINT, GEOINT, IMINT, and OSINT analysts to produce fused intelligence assessments.
• Contribute to intelligence briefings and mission planning sessions as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum of 8 years hands-on HUMINT analysis and production experience within the last 10 years.
• Must possess and maintain a positively adjudicated polygraph (at contractor expense).
• Proficiency with HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting (HOTR) system and database.
• Demonstrated understanding of ISR-PED HUMINT Analyst duties in an operational intelligence environment.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience supporting AFSOC, USSOCOM, or SOF intelligence operations.
• Background in HUMINT targeting and collection management.
• Experience producing intelligence products for operational and tactical decision-makers.
