Position Overview

The Fusion OSINT Analyst III provides senior-level Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) analytic support to Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) ISR-PED operations. This role delivers advanced open-source intelligence products supporting Special Operations mission planning and execution, including regional assessments and point-target analysis. The analyst integrates OSINT with other intelligence disciplines to drive actionable targeting and operational decision-making.

Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform advanced-level OSINT analysis supporting Special Operations regional and point-target intelligence requirements.
• Produce detailed analytic products supporting Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and Assess (F3EA) targeting cycles.
• Exploit publicly available information (PAI) sources to identify threats, networks, patterns, and emerging trends.
• Integrate OSINT with HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and IMINT to generate fused intelligence products.
• Apply Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft and analytic methodologies to OSINT production.
• Utilize Air Force and USSOCOM PAI exploitation tools and platforms.
• Support operational and tactical intelligence planning and mission briefings.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior OSINT analysts.
• Contribute to team leadership and workflow management as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum of 10 years hands-on OSINT analysis and production experience within the last 12 years.
• Completion of a formal OSINT training course.
• Proficiency with Air Force and USSOCOM PAI exploitation tools and software.
• Demonstrated understanding of ISR-PED OSINT analyst responsibilities in operational intelligence environments.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience supporting AFSOC, USSOCOM, or SOF intelligence operations.
• Experience producing OSINT products for operational and tactical decision-makers.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring intelligence teams.
