HUMINT Advisor to the Reports Officer (Senior) - ISR-PED Support

Contract: Intelligence Support and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance - Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (ISR-PED) Support
Location: Hurlburt Field, Florida
Clearance: TS/SCI required

Position Overview

The HUMINT Advisor to the Reports Officer provides senior-level support to AFSOC/A2 by managing and overseeing HUMINT operational research, analysis, and intelligence reporting functions. This role ensures high-quality HUMINT reporting, adherence to DoD and USSOCOM policies, and effective integration of HUMINT data into AFSOC intelligence operations.

Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities
  • Serve as administrator to AFSOC/A2 in support of operational elements conducting HUMINT operational research, analysis, and report management.
  • Utilize DoD and customer-specific classified databases to conduct multi-layered research and data exploitation.
  • Draft and review intelligence summaries, reports, official correspondence, and operational guidance.
  • Apply DoD and USSOCOM HUMINT policies, Intelligence Information Report (IIR) writing standards, and classified database procedures.
  • Operate and maintain proficiency with the HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting (HOTR) system and database.
  • Apply source management, de-confliction, and contact coordination procedures in accordance with DoD and USSOCOM guidance.
  • Use data aggregation and evaluation tools to assess reported information and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Provide briefings and written products to senior leadership and operational elements.
  • Work independently or as part of an intelligence team with minimal supervision.
Minimum Qualifications
  • TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience in HUMINT operational research, analysis, and report management within the last 12 years.
  • Must obtain and maintain a current polygraph upon contract start date (at contractor expense).
  • Proficiency with HOTR system and database.
  • Full understanding of HUMINT operational reporting duties in a DoD/USSOCOM environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8 additional years of experience in HUMINT operational research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting AFSOC, USSOCOM, or Special Operations intelligence organizations.
  • Additional years of HUMINT operational reporting experience is highly desired.
