Contract: Intelligence Support and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance - Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (ISR-PED) Support
Location: Hurlburt Field, Florida
Clearance: TS/SCI required
Salary: Competitive; commensurate with qualifications

Position Overview

The Human Domain Analyst III provides senior-level analytic support to Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC/A2) by integrating Human Geography and socio-cultural intelligence into the Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE). This role enhances Special Operations planning and execution through expert application of human domain tradecraft, requirements development, and Intelligence Community methodologies.

Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities
  • Incorporate Human Geography and socio-cultural knowledge into IPOE development supporting AFSOC operations.
  • Apply Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft, methodologies, and analytic standards to Human Domain production.
  • Establish, validate, submit, and manage Human Domain intelligence requirements in accordance with the Defense Intelligence Analysis Program (DIAP).
  • Provide analytic guidance, mentorship, and tradecraft support through knowledge sharing and learning initiatives.
  • Produce Human Domain assessments supporting Special Operations mission planning, targeting, and operational decision-making.
  • Integrate Human Domain analysis with HUMINT, OSINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and IMINT disciplines.
  • Brief senior leaders and operational elements on human terrain factors, socio-cultural dynamics, and behavioral drivers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience incorporating Human Geography and socio-cultural analysis into IPOE development within the last 12 years.
  • Demonstrated mastery of Human Domain analytic tradecraft and IC methodologies.
  • Full understanding of Human Domain integration into Special Operations intelligence processes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8 additional years of experience in HUMINT or Human Domain analysis and production.
  • Minimum of 8 years operational experience in Human Domain analysis supporting military or intelligence operations.
  • Experience supporting AFSOC, USSOCOM, or SOF intelligence environments.
