DevOps Engineer
Total Force Alliance is seeking a DevOps engineer to create a new, modern DevOps focused ICAM system based on containerized technologies. We are seeking experienced or interested engineers looking to containerize, automate and deploy existing services and moderns COTS products to improve reliability and reduce operational overhead of existing systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain docker images of existing java and python microservices
• Develop and maintain helm charts to deploy custom microservice images
• Configure and extend upstream helm charts and docker images of COTS products
• Ensure repeatable infrastructure and software tasks are as automated as possible
• Work with existing software development and operational teams to increase reliability and deployment velocity across all security domains
Basic Qualifications.
• Bachelors degree in STEM technologies and at least 4 years experience or an Associates degree and at least 6 years experience OR no degree and 8 years experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes or Openshift
• Experience with Ansible
• Experience with scripting and programming languages such as bash, python, or java
• Ability to achieve Security+ within 60 days or hire
Preferred Qualifications.
• Experience designing configuration management tools in a multi-operational environment
• Experience with GitOps technologies (ArgoCD, FluxCD, etc)
• Experience with Git for version management
• Experience with Gitlab or Jenkins CICD pipeline creation
• Experience with X509 certificate authentication, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, or LDAPCertifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or Linux
