Job Overview:
PPC seeks an ISR professional to assist the ANG ISR staff with the coordination of ULI policy development, guidance, requirements, tactics, and techniques with HAF and gaining MAJCOMs and monitor implementation throughout the ANG

The National Guard Bureau’s (NGB’s) Air National Guard staff is responsible for the budgetary planning, system architecture, and functional management at the NGB for ANG ISR, RPA/Strike, Cyber/IT and C2 asset integration into the active-duty U.S. Air Force (USAF) architecture.

Responsibilities/Duties:
• Assist the ANG ISR staff with the coordination of ULI policy development, guidance, requirements, tactics, and techniques with HAF and gaining MAJCOMs and monitor implementation throughout the ANG.
• Serve as ULI SME for ANG ISR staff, ANGRC/CC, and ANG senior leadership; advise on all functional issues pertaining to ANG ULI and future planning.
• Support FAM for ULI functions in ANG flying wings (CAF, MAF, and AFSOC), Space and Cyber Operations units, Air Operations Centers, and Theater Air Control System (TACS) units and participate in Intelligence Community (IC), DOD, AF, and MAJCOM planning forums.
• Assist ULI FAM to determine and shape the future capabilities of AF unit-level intelligence within the Total Force AF ISR enterprise, along with other MAJCOM-level participants.
• Assist the ULI FAM on staff actions associated with the ANG ULI functional area to support operational planning and execution as well as the management and execution of AF readiness programs.
• Advise ANG unit-level Senior Intelligence Officers (SIOs) on drafting, managing, and maintaining the intelligence portions of DOC statements, UTCs, Unit Manning Documents (UMDs), and DoD and AF readiness reporting via Air Force-Input Tool (AFIT), applicable to ULI.
• Provide ANG ISR staff with a monthly report on activation (mobilization and volunteerism) of ANG ULI personnel called to active-duty service.
• Work with ANG Enlisted Intelligence Career Field Functional Manager and Enlisted AF Specialty Manager to guide all intelligence formal training allocations required by ANG ULI.
• Develop, maintain, and refine training day allocation processes unique to each ANG Mission Design Series (MDS) to ensure ULI Guardsmen can meet MDS-specific Mission Qualification Training (MQT), Continuation Training (CT), and Ready Intelligence Program (RIP) standards.
• Provide ANG ISR staff with oversight and visibility of ANG flying wings/TACS unit operational readiness and unit compliance inspections (unit-level intelligence functions and compliance are a portion of these inspections).

Requirements:
• US Citizenship
• TOP SECRET (SCI eligible) Security clearance
• Associate’s degree (degree waived w/ 15 years of ULI experience)
• 7 yrs ULI support experience
