The Opportunity:
CACI's Navy C3I is looking to hire a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to support the Network Applications Group (NAG) in CACI's Tactical Spectrum Dominance (TSD) Division. TSD (formerly Mastodon Design) specializes in designing and building hardware and software to meet our customers' next requirement. We focus on offering devices that can be fielded immediately to meet the mission needs that lie directly ahead. Size, weight, power, and packaging are of paramount importance in everything we design and build. Our expertise allows us to rapidly provide these solutions in specialized electronic/mechanical design, embedded & application-level software, reverse engineering & protocol analysis, and RF signals exploitation and communications systems.
We are currently seeking Senior Systems Integration Engineer with a strong background in systems integration of Signals Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and offensive Cyber RF systems. Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of systems integration and/or systems administration experience with a focus on SIGINT, EW, and/or Cyber software and tactical software defined radio transceiver hardware. Navy C3I and TSD NAG are headquartered in Austin, TX but remote candidates for this position will be considered if access to sensitive, compartmented information facilities are available in the local area and accessible by the applicant.

Responsibilities:
- Leading engagement with 2nd party (CACI capabilities) and 3rd party (from US government and industry partners as well as trusted foreign partners) capability developers and program stakeholders.
- Leading the development and execution of integration strategy for 2nd and 3rd party SIGINT, EW, and Cyber capabilities into CACI's existing products
- Defining and deriving requirements for new products to facilitate integration with 2nd and 3rd party applications
- Understanding the details of 2nd and 3rd party SIGINT, EW, and Cyber applications and developing and executing installation, hosting, and deployment strategies for these applications on tactical mission computer hardware
- Working with Product Line Management to develop a family of tactical mission computer hardware products for hosting 2nd and 3rd party SIGINT, EW, and Cyber applications to supplement existing TSD tactical systems.
- Defining and deriving requirements associated with 2nd and 3rd party SIGINT, EW, and Cyber applications which will drive SDR API design and hardware capabilities for current and future TSD products
- Contributing as a hands on integration engineer to integrate and exercise the full capability stack, mature the integration solution in the laboratory, and prepare integrated capabilities for operations
- Lead production cybersecurity hardening and accreditation activities associated with classified deployment of integrated capabilities
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen and the ability to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar technical discipline and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the field
- Applicants with a non-technical degree will be considered if relevant work experience is aligned with the skillset for this position - particularly if those skills were gained as a member of the US military or intelligence community
- Strong Experience integrating SIGINT, EW, and/or Cyber applications with tactical SDR hardware and demonstrating these capabilities in operationally representative field environments, including deploying these systems on classified networks
- Ability to troubleshoot full capability stack, from radio hardware (antennas, RF connections) to SDR software/firmware, to 2nd and 3rd party SIGINT, EW, and Cyber software applications hosted on tactical mission computer hardware and the external connections from those applications to remote endpoints and clients
