The annual salary range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results
- Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written
- Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages relevant to the environment
- In-depth understanding of databases, APIs, middleware, and data integration techniques
- Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective application solutions
- Knowledge of application security principles, performance tuning, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and technical communication skills, including the ability to support and advise stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline
- Seven years of specialized experience in Building Automation Systems
- Alternative experience requirements: Master's degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline and five years of specialized experience
- An Active Secret Security Clearance is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- GICSP certification or equivalent
