Strategic Analysis, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior IT Specialist to provide Tier 2/3 desktop, network, and cybersecurity support in a classified DoD environment. This role supports senior leadership and mission-critical systems, ensuring secure, reliable IT operations.
Responsibilities:
•Provide Tier 2/3 desktop and endpoint support (CAC, certificates, email, secure access)
•Administer Active Directory and support secure networks
•Enforce DoD cybersecurity policies and 8570/8140 compliance
•Manage ATCTS records and audits
•Develop SOPs and resolve complex technical issues
•Train and mentor junior IT staff
•Support VIP users in classified environments
Requirements:
•Active TS/SCI clearance
•10+ years IT experience in DoD or federal environments
•CompTIA Security+ (IAT II compliant)
•Strong experience with Active Directory, cybersecurity, and secure systems
•Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
Preferred:
•IASO / COMSEC experience
•ServiceNow or enterprise ticketing systems
•Leadership or training experience
