We are seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager with an active TS/SCI clearance and PMP certification to lead and deliver complex IT projects supporting mission-critical government programs. The ideal candidate will manage full project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional technical teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with federal standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT project management for classified and unclassified initiatives, from planning through execution and closeout
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams including engineers, developers, cybersecurity, and infrastructure staff
Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and senior leadership
Track project performance using KPIs, earned value, and other performance metrics
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate as appropriate
Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security requirements, and contract deliverables
Prepare and present project status reports, briefings, and documentation
Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and resource allocation
Support proposal development, project kickoff activities, and transition to operations as needed
Required Qualifications
Active Top Secret / SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
PMP certification (Project Management Professional)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years experience
