Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support enterprise data management, analysis, and integration initiatives for a federal intelligence community customer. This position plays a critical role in establishing end-to-end data management practices and ensuring data interoperability across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.

Responsibilities

Develop, share, and analyze a comprehensive array of data to support mission objectives and inform decision-making
Establish and implement end-to-end data management practices and adopt foundational IC standards
Foster interoperability across the IC data ecosystem
Oversee incorporation of mission datasets into enterprise data catalogs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability
Capture relevant metadata for improved data discovery and lineage tracking
Prepare alternatives analyses, business cases, and impact assessments for Government review, incorporating technical and integration perspectives
Perform cost, schedule, and performance trade-off analyses and provide recommendations for Government consideration
Assess current Government customer relationship and experience programs via customer surveys, policy review, interviews, focus groups, and product reviews
Consolidate stakeholder feedback and maintain program records for Government use
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, briefings, and data calls that provide program status, risk updates, and performance metrics to Government leadership
Support the development and maintenance of program schedules, dashboards, and performance metrics
Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for improved efficiency in enterprise service delivery
Engage with stakeholders to gather user requirements, facilitate workshops, and foster collaboration, ensuring that feedback is integrated into project workflows and deliverables
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance
Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
8+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
Experience with enterprise data management and data governance practices
Knowledge of metadata standards and data cataloging
Experience developing business cases, impact assessments, and trade-off analyses
Strong skills in data visualization and reporting
Experience preparing executive-level briefings and reports
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Desired Qualifications

Experience supporting federal government or intelligence community customers
Familiarity with Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) data systems and standards
Experience with sensor data integration and analysis
Knowledge of IC data standards and interoperability requirements
Experience with data brokering, discovery, access, and retrieval systems
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis programming languages
Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Understanding of DoD and IC data governance policies
