Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a Senior Consultant Executive to provide high-level strategic advisory and program management support for a federal intelligence community customer. This position plays a critical role in developing IT strategies, managing complex initiatives, and providing executive-level guidance to support enterprise modernization efforts across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.

Responsibilities

Develop and present position papers related to assignments that clearly articulate issues and present substantive conclusions and recommendations based on reviews and evaluations conducted, while ensuring recommendations are feasible, complete, integrated, comprehensive, defendable, and affordable
Develop, manage, synchronize, and integrate assessments and recommendations developed for senior leadership
Draft documentation related to various strategies, directives, and technical guidance memos within the enterprise
Provide end-to-end mission support to senior-level leadership
Work directly with stakeholders to align business processes to industry and organizational best practices
Conduct training and research in support of special projects and complete other tasks as required
Provide support on a broad range of tasks as directed by leadership
Maintain currency and understanding of recent changes to Security, Cyber, and Supply Chain policy
Perform strategic research and planning and develop strategies to assist the team with long-term goals and define short-term goals
Develop and maintain artifacts such as briefs, capability charts, milestones, and diagrams
Refine and improve executive-level briefs and prepare technical communications for leadership
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, briefings, and data calls that provide program status, risk updates, and performance metrics to Government leadership
Maintain communication materials, dashboards, and repositories to support transparency and information sharing across stakeholders
Support Government-led working groups, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and governance boards by preparing agendas, read-ahead materials, minutes, and action-item trackers
Consolidate stakeholder feedback and maintain program records for Government use
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Public Administration, or related field
8+ years of experience in executive consulting, strategic advisory, or senior program management
Demonstrated experience developing strategic recommendations and executive-level briefings
Strong understanding of IT strategy, enterprise modernization, and digital transformation initiatives
Experience working with senior government leadership and stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in developing position papers, strategic assessments, and decision support materials
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear recommendations
Desired Qualifications

Experience supporting federal government or intelligence community customers
Familiarity with Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) systems and initiatives
Knowledge of Security, Cyber, and Supply Chain policies
Experience with Zero Trust, Cloud, and Data integration strategies
Understanding of DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
Experience facilitating executive-level meetings and governance boards
PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications
Experience with Agile and DevSecOps transformation initiatives
