Applied Research Solutions is seeking a Senior System Modeler for Hanscom AFB in Bedford, MA to support the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM).

Responsibilities Include:
The Systems Modeler will apply broad theoretical and practical knowledge of systems-based engineering to the acquisition process. The role focuses on creating, integrating, and managing SysML models within Cameo Enterprise Architect and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks and acquisition program requirements.

Education:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field
Years of experience:10+ years of experience with at least 5 years working in the DoD sector
Certifications:OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional – Model Builder, Intermediate Certification
The annual salary range: $150k - $165k. Salary is dependent upon the role and associated responsibilities, candidate's experience, and qualifications to include education/training, and key skills.

The individual shall be able to:
- Demonstrate expertise in Cameo Enterprise Architect to create SysML diagrams capturing mission threads, requirements, and architecture information.
- Create templates to support capture of information necessary for SysML models.
- Develop model structure, taxonomy, orthology, and other attributes, leveraging enterprise architecture frameworks such as DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF).
- Assist program office teams and personnel with integration into the digital environment.
- Convert SysML models from other applications into Cameo Enterprise Architect.
- Establish traceability between Cameo and Enovia data, including use of middleware when required.
- Interface with PMO staff, end-user communities, and stakeholder representatives to report findings and project status.
- Create, review, and provide input to acquisition artifacts including requirements, program plans, milestone documentation, and system models.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen
- Top Secret Security Clearance and be SCI eligible
Preferred Qualifications
Education:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field
Years of experience:10+ years of experience with at least 5 years working in the DoD sector
Certifications:OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional – Model Builder, Intermediate Certification
- Experience in SysML model creation.
- Experience with Cameo Enterprise Architect (highly desired).
- Experience with Dassault software (3DExperience, Enovia, Catia) (desired).
