Deputy Network Specialist
- Salary: $120k - $145k
- Education: Degree and 4 years of experience or 8 years if no degree, or 6 years with an AA degree.
Top Skillsets

Strong understanding network protocols
Having an understand of IPv 6 protocols is highly desired but if candidates have IPv 4 experience they will accept that as well.
BA Degree preferred but will take years of experience over Degree. 8 years no degree. 6 years with AA degree.
BGP- Border Gateway Protocol experience is highly desired.
Responsibilities

Performs a variety of systems engineering tasks and activities that are broad in nature and are concerned with major systems design, integration, and implementation, including personnel, hardware, software, budgetary, and support facilities and/or equipment.
Provides quality assurance review and the evaluation of new and existing software products.
Provides analysis related to the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, man-machine interfaces and all system level requirements to provide an integrated IT solution.
Develops integrated system test requirement, strategies, devices and systems. Directs overall system level testing.
Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
May supervise computer programmers.
Research, design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, business, scientific, and general computing applications.
Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements.
May design embedded systems software.
Apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
Qualifications

BA/S in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related field is required. A combination of experience and education may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Four years (4+) of relevant technical experience is required.
Intermediate-to-advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Sr Network Specialist
- Salary: $110k - $129k
- Education: Degree and 2 years of experience or 6 years if no degree, or 4 years with an AA degree.
