The Opportunity:
CACI has an immediate opening for a Systems Administrator to work in our Norfolk office, with up to 50% travel. This individual will be responsible for supporting testing and software integration in the support the deployment and evaluation of the Navy's Theater Medical Information Program Maritime (TMIP-M) software suite of applications as well as Operational Medicine Care Delivery Platform (OpMed CDP), Theater Blood Capability - Mobile (TLBD_M), and other programs/applications as they are introduced and updated in support of military medicine. Understands the implementation of Endpoint Security Solution (ESS).
Responsibilities:
Responsible for analyzing and resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure (virtual servers, network, security, etc.) issues using systems analysis techniques and procedures to ensure appropriate function of hardware, software or system functional specifications. • Tests and applies security patches and operating system upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the technical environment to include modification and documenting workflows as needed. • Supports new infrastructure projects as they are introduced. • Prepares integration procedures, software update guides, and software integration documentation. Interfaces with System Engineers, Software Test Manager and Configuration Manager validate software integration best practices. Responsibilities: • Implements strategic goals. • Serves as Technical Working Group Lead. • Prepares software integration artifacts to include: Software Test Plans, Software Test Reports, Integration Procedures etc. • Develops and implements innovative products, processes, standards or operational plans achieved through research and integration of best practices that will have impact on the achievement of functional results of a project or system. • Controls incoming software testing cycle and confirms completion of required documentation to present to the Change Control Board (CCB). • Requires communication with executive leadership. • Implements strategic goals established by functional leadership. Establishes operational plans for job area with short-to mid-term impact on results (e.g., 1-2 years). Provides measurable input into new products, processes, systems, and/or operational plans that will have some impact on the achievement of overall function results. Demonstrates technical innovation in supporting business objectives and mission. • Frequently responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other technical employees across the company within the area of expertise. Typically, responsible for leading large, complex project initiatives of strategic importance to the organization, involving large cross-functional teams (without direct reporting relationships).

Required:
- Must have an active DoD Secret clearance. Desired: • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert - MCSE would be viewed as beneficial
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and | or 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience related to Systems Administration including integration and configuration.
- Requires mastery level knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May serve as a subject matter expert within the organization.
- Must have a current Information Assurance (IA) Technical Level II (i.e. GSEC, Security+, SCNP, SSCP) certification IAW DoD 8570 series Information Assurance Training and completed a Windows 10, Windows 11, Server 2012, Server 2019 or Server 2022 certification course.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies and products such as VMWare, AWS, and remote administration tools.
- Knowledge of and use of AI technologies in support of document creation, update, and routing.
