Background

• Supporting CSD primary Mission Office and will be well versed in tradecraft associated with target development in both sustained and discovery AOR
• Relevant experience with SIGINT and AMOD
• Must be fluent with stored comms and passive resources
• Ability to build out assigned target set and identify indicators of compromise organically for new/follow-on development
• Well versed in tracking lateral movement of target via claimed infrastructure and in packet analysis
• Experience with Machine Learning and AI for focused discovery efforts
• Well versed in tradecraft associated with characterization of personas, companies, capabilities, and target networks

Requirements

• Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable
• B.A. + 8 yrs or Masters +6 yrs or PhD + 4 yrs

Preferred

• Information Technology or Information Systems degrees may be considered relevant if the programs contain the amount and type of coursework equivalent to a CS major
