Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to;
- Ensuring that performance requirements are upheld during contract performance.
- Liaising with the Department of State staff and assisting with the oversight of all operations at the assigned location.
- Responsible for Daily Reporting and with input from the Government Management staff, the DPSM may also assign Contractor personnel to specific work areas in order to accommodate fluctuating workloads.
- Assisting with managing a technically proficient and professionally capable staff throughout the life of the contract.
- Providing timely deliverables and performance related data to the Government to allow adequate monitoring, oversight, and performance measurement of support services.
- Conducting continuous improvement activities to realize improved service delivery capabilities and performance.
- Promoting innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Responding rapidly to surge requests and providing the appropriate levels of qualified staff.
- Participating in conference calls and digital video conferences with DOS and other U.S. Government agencies.
- May be requested to provide formal and informal briefings to visitors or at off-site conferences.
- Supporting the USG in ongoing studies and evaluations

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Current, active Secret clearance.
- No less than Six (6) years of general office experience.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, assign, delegate, prioritize, and organize workflow duties of a team.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and apply regulatory material and internal controls.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload for small teams and possess good organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively and politely interface with the public and provide excellent customer service.

- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Requirements
- Direct experience with Consular Affairs/Passport Office or other Department of State directorates.
- Passport Records Imaging System Management (PRISM) experience.
