PRISM seeks an HR Analyst to play a key supporting role on our team, assisting with research, analysis, meeting documentation, and deliverable development . While you'll contribute to various projects and tasks, you'll receive guidance and mentorship from more senior team members.

Your responsibilities may include:
- Conducting background research on HR policies, business processes, and technology systems; drafting summaries to support team recommendations
- Supporting teammates in preparing for, participating in, and documenting meetings and stakeholder workshops
- Assisting in the review and summary of new technologies, approaches and solutions that could improve civilian workforce priorities
- Supporting programmatic analysis and planning for government policy issuances and memorandums
- Compiling, cleaning, and formatting workforce data for analysis; assisting in preparing charts, tables, and presentations under the guidance of senior staff
- MUST have a Secret level clearance
- Familiarity with creating visuals and client-facing materials, especially in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to write clearly and concisely, including summarizing findings and recommendations
- Comfortable supporting meetings-such as taking notes, preparing materials, and following up on action items
- Willingness to engage with stakeholders and team members, incorporating feedback and learning from others
- Collaborative mindset with a positive, proactive attitude in dynamic settings
- Exposure or knowledge of the Government federal agencies is a plus
- Interest in talent management, workforce analytics, or human capital strategy
- Eagerness to implement ideas for process efficiencies and innovations
