CACI's Enterprise IT (EIT) Sector is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in support of the Army Comprehensive Modernization program. Responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts for IT network development projects. This role will develop and implement quality assurance strategies, processes, and standards to ensure that the program meets the highest quality standards. The Quality Assurance Manager will work closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues throughout project lifecycles to deliver high-performance, secure and modern network solutions that enhance mission readiness across Army CONUS locations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with project goals and objectives
- Define quality standards, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project quality
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project deliverable quality assurance
- Continuously evaluate and refine quality assurance processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing
- Oversee the execution of testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Ensure that all testing activities are completed within specified timelines and budgets
- Establish and maintain a defect tracking system to log, track, and report defects
- Work with engineering and integration teams to prioritize and resolve defects in a timely manner
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Implement continuous integration and continuous testing practices to improve quality and delivery speed
- Ensure that projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and processes
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality assurance activities are integrated into the project lifecycle
- Provide regular updates and reports on quality assurance activities and metrics to stakeholders
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between quality assurance and development teams
Qualifications:
Required:
- US citizen with Secret security clearance and ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Technical bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field with at least 2 years in a leadership role (High School diploma or associate degree plus a minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance for large, complex programs/systems may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree)
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and tools
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, JUnit).
- Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and resource management tools

- Active Secret security clearance
- Experience in a government or USA engineering and system integration projects
