As the Senior Manager, Security You will provide oversight and management of the Aurora Special Programs Operations, to include the Special Programs CPSOs. You will perform CPSO duties, provide support to the Physical and Cybersecurity staff. Your will, prepare cost analyses for Security projects, monitor security applications through the review and analysis of appropriate metrics, and maintain required records (e.g., database and hard copy of security actions). You will alsoo provide support to the Front End of the Business (FEOTB) efforts, Gate Reviews, and proposals, to include developing Security Volumes, Plans and Color Team Reviews. You will be responsible for risk management, conducting surveys and rendering impact statements or recommendations. You must be able too apply experience in supporting security concepts, principles, and practices to analyze and resolve difficult and complex security issues. You will be a self started with strong communication skills booth verbal and written and have the ability too brief executives and all levels of the workforce.

What You Will Do
  • Interface daily with site leadership, site functional organizations, Security staff, Program Management, and program personnel.
  • Interface as needed with Customer and subcontractor Security Offices.
  • Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with other GSS Security Offices as needed or required.
  • Prepare for Customer Security Inspections and Assistance Visits, to include leading and conducting Security Self-Inspections.
  • Provide and disseminate Security guidance and direction in accordance with IC policies, and DD Form 254 requirements, along with analyzing security situations and making appropriate security recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings to internal and external customers with ability to use various forms of correspondence. Will develop the required program/operation to support tasks/requirements.
  • Investigate and prepare impact statements, and provide recommendations on security/security violations,
  • Participate in and support GSS Special Programs Leadership Team meetings and Enterprise projects.
  • Some travel may be required.


Qualificatioons You Must Have
  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • 5 years of applicable Security experience providing direct Program Security support and Security Program oversight to SCI programs
  • expertise in one or more of the following: Security disciplines; Personnel, Physical/Industrial, Information Systems, Program Operations
  • Experience working with NISPOM and ICDs
  • Experience writing security plans

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
