Quality Assurance Specialist (SW Applications)

BTS is looking for a talented Quality Assurance Specialist (SW Applications) to play a key role in ensuring the functionality and performance of our OSINT applications. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting rigorous and thorough testing across OSINT applications, covering UI and back-end functions, and identifying defects.

Physical Location: Full-time onsite

Clearance Level - Must Currently Possess: Top Secret/SCI

Responsibilities:

• Conduct rigorous and thorough testing across OSINT applications, covering UI and back-end functions, ensuring functionality and performance across environments
• Perform unit, integration, and acceptance testing and document test outcomes, identify defects, and bug reports
• Support leading and overseeing teams in the conduct of thorough testing of OSINT applications, ensuring functionality and performance across environments
• Document test outcomes and identify defects

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
• Experienced with SW development and testing, UI/UX development, development and execution of test and evaluation (T&E) plans
• Experience in automating T&E plans
• Jr - BS Quality Assurance, IT; experience testing tools and methods; Entry level, SW testing, QA, front/back-end testing
  
  Mid - BS Quality Assurance, IT; experience testing tools and methods; 8 yrs SW testing, QA, front/back-end testing
  
  Sr - BS Quality Assurance, IT; experience testing tools and methods; 12 yrs, above with leadership experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Master's degree in relevant major preferred.
• Safe Agile experience and certifications a plus.

Salary Range: $84,000 - $128,000
