Responsibilities

Millennium Corporation is hiring an Entry-level Red Team Operator - CSE I in Virginia Beach, VA. Qualified candidates must have a Top-Secret clearance.

• Support Red Team missions by executing assigned offensive cyber tasks under the direction of senior operators.
• Develop foundational red team tradecraft while operating within NSA-certified DoD Red Team frameworks and strict rules of engagement.
• Execute assigned offensive cyber tasks during red team missions
• Perform reconnaissance, exploitation, and post-exploitation activities under supervision
• Use approved tools, scripts, and C2 frameworks
• Accurately document technical steps, evidence, and observations
• Participate in mission planning meetings and after-action reviews
• Follow all DoD, Navy, and NSA red team policies and ROE

Qualifications

• Have an active Top-Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information systems, engineering, scientific, or a mathematics-intensive discipline
• 2-4 years of experience in offensive cyber operations, penetration testing, or cyber security operations
• OSCP certification is required
• Working knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and TCP/IP networking
• Ability to work onsite in Virginia Beach, VA

Highly Desired Qualifications:

• Prior DoD, IC, or federal cyber mission exposure
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK fundamentals
• Experience with common red team tools (Metasploit, Cobalt Strike alternatives, BloodHound, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn advanced tradecraft

Business Development

• Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
