Responsibilities

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Mid-level Red Team Operator - CSE II in Virginia Beach, VA. Qualified candidates must have a Top-Secret clearance.

• Execute full-spectrum offensive cyber operations in support of Red Team missions.
• Perform independent tasks, operate with sound judgment, and work consistently well within classified DoD environments.
• Carry attack chains with limited oversight and contribute meaningfully to adversary emulation and mission reporting.
• Execute assigned red team objectives across multiple phases of an engagement
• Conduct exploitation, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and persistence
• Support adversary emulation aligned to mission threat models
• Customize tools and payloads as required
• Contribute technical sections to mission reports
• Participate in ROE discussions, planning, and out-briefs

Qualifications

• Have an active Top-Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information systems, engineering, scientific, or a mathematics-intensive discipline
• 5-7 years of experience in Offensive Cyber Operations or NSA-certified DoD Red Teaming
• OSCP certification is required
• Experience operating in classified or regulated environments
• Ability to work onsite in Virginia Beach, VA

Highly Desired Qualifications:

• Prior Navy, NAVSEA, or maritime system exposure
• Experience with C2 infrastructure and living-off-the-land techniques
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK mapping and adversary emulation planning
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision

Business Development

• Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
