Position Overview
RogueThink is seeking a Software Engineer to support a classified federal program responsible for the sustainment, modernization, and enhancement of enterprise CRM-centric applications used for procurement, configuration management, deployment tracking, and IT asset management.
This role requires strong expertise in Oracle technologies, Siebel CRM data architecture, Java development, ETL integration, and secure application sustainment within a client/server environment. The Software Engineer will support application operations, data modernization, reporting, and cybersecurity compliance activities supporting mission operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide Tier 3 operations and maintenance (O&M) support for secure enterprise CRM and asset management applications.
• Implement application enhancements, data workflow updates, and functional improvements based on mission requirements.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and data integrity; develop recovery and resolution plans.
• Support cybersecurity Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance and authorization activities.
• Prepare and maintain System Security Plan (SSP) and Body of Evidence (BoE) documentation.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for custom application development.
• Track, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in legacy Java-based applications.
• Develop ETL services to integrate and transform data from external systems.
• Design and execute data migration solutions supporting modernization initiatives.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualization solutions using Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, D3.js, and similar platforms.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to define analytics and reporting requirements.
• Maintain and optimize Oracle PL/SQL procedures, packages, triggers, and stored functions.
• Maintain interfaces between enterprise applications and databases.
• Use Sponsor-approved systems to manage requirements, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI with FSP
• Proven ability to support client/server-based enterprise application environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle products and Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Hands-on Java application development background.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Siebel CRM data architecture or comparable CRM platforms.
• Demonstrated capability developing and maintaining complex database packages, triggers, and stored procedures.
• Experience installing, configuring, and sustaining database environment systems.
• Ability to design and implement ETL pipelines and data migration solutions.
• Knowledge of RMF, SSP, and Body of Evidence (BoE) cybersecurity documentation.
• Proficiency developing dashboards and reports using modern data visualization tools.
• History of providing Tier 2/3 customer support for enterprise technical applications.
• Familiarity with encryption protocols (OpenSSL, TLS) and cloud services.

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior involvement with Sponsor RMF/A&A processes.
• Hands-on use of Red Hat, CentOS, or Rocky Linux environments.
• Background working with DevOps collaboration tools such as GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Exposure to developing RESTful web services.
• Familiarity with Spring, Spring Security, Hibernate, and Tomcat frameworks.
• Experience building or extending ServiceNow applications.
• Ability to track discrepancy reports and resolve application defects.
• Experience supporting Sponsor enterprise systems and secure networks.
