Regional Intelligence Training Center (RITC) Intelligence Instructor –
Help sharpen MCT intelligence readiness by delivering realistic, operationally focused training that directly supports Marines preparing for global missions. In this role, you’ll teach intelligence curriculum, shape course content based on unit needs, and partner with MCIS leadership to plan and execute training events across multiple locations.
Role overview
* Deliver intelligence instruction in support of MCIS Regional Intelligence Training Center training requirements
* Plan, schedule, and execute training in coordination with MCIS leadership and customer units
* Build and update lesson plans, training aids, and course materials based on operational requirements
* Facilitate both classroom instruction and field-based learning events
* Gather feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend improvements
* Identify training gaps from operational units and help design practical solutions
* Coordinate directly with unit intelligence leaders to align training objectives and delivery timelines
* Use scenario-based methods, including approaches that reflect CI/HUMINT environments when applicable
Minimum requirements
* Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of intelligence experience, or 12+ years of intelligence experience in lieu of a degree
* Strong working knowledge of Marine Corps intelligence operations, including company-level intelligence, collections management, and intelligence analysis methodologies
* Demonstrated experience with Marine Corps formal instruction processes and Systems Approach to Training (SAT)
* Proven ability to lead instructor-led training and facilitate classroom and field learning events
* Experience identifying training deficiencies and contributing to the development and implementation of training solutions, including evaluation
* Knowledge of sustainment training concepts and Marine Corps mission readiness exercises

* Prior instructor/training support experience with MCIS, RITC, or Marine Corps operational units
