We are seeking a motivated Logistics and Sustainment Consultant to assist with the management and maintenance of equipment in country. The Consultant will report directly to the Qatari Early Warning Radar (QEWR) Program Manager and QEWR Lead Logistics Manager to help provide timely decision-making data, feedback on Qatar Emiri Air Defense Forces (QEADF) training and manpower effectiveness.
The Logistics and Sustainment Consultant will have prior or current service experience with proven expertise in Automated Logistics Control Systems (ALCS) and RF/spectrum management filling critical technical knowledge GAPs and the ability to mentor young leaders to better leverage data driven Key Performance Indicators for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) oversight and reporting purposes.

Responsibilities
The Logistics and Sustainment Consultant's responsibility is not limited to:
- Engage with Senior Leaders at multiple military levels, prepare routine briefings, train young officers to interpret sustainment data and utilize information to evaluate schedules and performance.
- Assist with the management of USG Training (Junior Officer Engagement) to achieve strategic outcomes in partnership with the CONUS Lead Logistics Manager and Training Manager
- Assist with the management of USG Vendor Support Transition between USG and GoQ; works closely with QEWR In-Country Assistant Program Manager to ensure successful continuity of site service support from over 20+ local companies
- Assist with the management of USG Site Access coordinates and schedules security access as needed
- Assist with the management of USG Maintenance; Utilizes the Raytheon Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS), a Logistics Management Information System (LMIS) to ensure all maintenance requirements are consistently scheduled to the highest OEM standards.
- Assist with the management of USG Supply and Inventory; Utilizes MS Excel and the Raytheon Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) to evaluate on shelf inventories of tools, consumables, and spares to meet changing operational requirements
- Assist with the management of USG Contractor Oversight and Compliance Advisor to the In- Country QEWR Deputy Program Manager
Requirements
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI Eligibility
- 15+ years of Site Sustainment Logistics with at least 10 years of Logistics Management Systems (LMS), hands-on experience and 5 years of training/mentorship background in the following disciplines:
- Maintenance Scheduling
- Preventative Maintenance Planning
- Corrective Maintenance Triage and Scheduling
- Coordination and Scheduling Alignment to minimize system downtime impacts to operation
- MS Office Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of Field Service Engineering with at least 5 years management or mentorship background in those roles working with Company Grade Officers (CGO) level training progression.
- General Familiarity with US Army MOS and/or US Air Force AFSC Career Field Education and Training Planning (CFETP), Training Documentation, and Concepts to Manage Task Training related to OJT progression.
- 2-3 years of Training Experience with general familiarization curriculum
