FTS has an opportunity for a Budget/Finance Program Integrator in Chantilly, VA.
The Budget/Finance Program Integrator provides budgetary and portfolio management support functions to include financial monitoring, reporting, planning and execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop department-wide work breakdown structure (WBS), effectively leveraged for department-wide portfolio management tracking and decision-making functions
- Issue financial concurrences across department for budgetary spending, while ensuring appropriate alignment of portfolio-level spend plans against key financial targets, trend indicators and portfolio-level spending authorities
- Collaboratively support portfolios in the development and continued refinement of their project-level spend plans
- Function as central customer support across department for all financial systems adopted by customer
- Act as funding partner liaison for program-level effort to foster mentorship, fellowship, and innovation
- Engage customers in strategic thought leadership initiatives, and development of risk assessment methodologies
- Conceptualize, design, create, iterate and maintain a curated set of Tableau data visualizations, leveraged to drive portfolio management data-driven decision-making and budgetary prioritization discussions by customer
- Develop budget and financial reporting dashboards, with customized functionality to suit user-level requirements
- Create and track qualitative/quantitative division-level metrics through dashboard visualizations
- Perform extract, transform and load (ETL) processes against large, heterogeneous datasets, performing raw data clean-up and normalization data to effectively ingest and upload data from Tableau Prep to Tableau Server
- Maintain Tableau Server department-wide site as site administrator, enforcing group-level access policies
- Maintain numerous data exports leveraged in the creation of all Tableau dashboards
Required Skills/Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- BS/BA degree in a relevant discipline
- 8+ years' relevant experience
- Experience with ETL processes and Tableau
- Prior experience with finance/budget management for 100 million+ department/organization
