We are seeking a motivated Delivery and Qatari Stakeholder Engagement Consultant to Support the Qatari Early Warning Radar (QEWR) Program Manager. The Consultant will utilize extensive Air-defense knowledge and military experience to assist with developing solutions acceptable to commanders. Also, leverages his/her deep knowledge of contractor processes to assist with the expedition of issue resolution, assist with identifying program risks mitigations, and align commitments. The Consultant will also consistently assist with clarifying to all stakeholders' proper roles and responsibilities for the QEWR Program.
The QEWR PMO's intent on having this position will result in verifiable outcomes, quicker closure of cross-functional issues, and realistic expectations. The desired candidate should have a proven track record for translating PMO authorized direction into credible, on-the ground results working closely with Senior Level Leaders to ensure strategic planning and long-term alignment.

Responsibilities
The Delivery and Qatari Stakeholder Engagement Consultant's responsibility is not limited to:
- Assist with maintaining engagement with the Qatar Emiri Air Defense Forces (QEADF), Qatar Air Force (QAF), Ministry of Defense (MOD), and State of Qatar Authorized Semi-Government Entities like Barzan Holdings to agree on actions and, critically, verify follow-through.
- Assist with the management of QEWR Downtime Schedule (Senior Level Engagement)
- Assist with the management of QEWR Vendor Support Transition process
- Assist with the management of QEWR System Embedded Training process (Senior Level Engagement) to ensure QEADF success and strategic planning
- Assist with the management of QEWR Manpower Support process (Senior Level Engagement) to ensure QEADF success and strategic planning
- Assist with the management of QEWR Security process (Senior Level Engagement) to ensure QEADF success and strategic planning
- Assist with the management of the QEWR Cyber Security process (Senior Level Engagement) to ensure QEADF success and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI Eligibility
- BA/BS and 10 years of experience
- Senior US Military Officer Background (O-4 or above)
- Experience working directly with both US Government, Government of Qatar, and Contractors at a mid to senior engagement level
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience directly assisting with the management of contractor site teams internationally; preferably in Qatar or the MENA region.
- 10+ years of Military Leadership experience, preparing and presenting to senior officers
- 5+ years of supervisory leadership experience mentoring and developing company grade officers
- Robust diplomatic and cultural background, familiarization with Qatari customs, and ability to engage effectively with both Company Grade and Field Grade Officers from the Qatar Emiri Air Defense Forces (QEADF).
- Documented Arabic Language skills and qualifications are desirable.
