Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for ESLI operations and deliverables.
- Manage schedule, scope, and performance across all technical areas.
- Conduct quarterly Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) briefings and progress reviews.
- Coordinate transition plans, quality control, and risk management.
- Ensure full compliance with DFAS, DoD, and cybersecurity standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
- PMP and ITIL certifications required.
- 10+ years of DoD IT program management experience.
- Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
