What You Will Do
Apply expertise in models, simulations, test beds, prototypes, hardware integration, manufacturing, and full-scale Engineering Development Models (EDMs) to support comprehensive lifecycle testing
Support DoD contract programs with broad customer interaction
Define specialized capital investment requirements and ensure customer affordability through effective cost measurement techniques
Drive product affordability improvements through enhanced built-in-test capabilities and reduced lifecycle costs
Mentor and guide engineering teams as an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead on Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs)
This is 12 months Full- time- contract with a possible hire opportunity.
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI Clearance
Required skills:
Strong Systems Engineering background in test requirements development, test planning, methodologies, and documentation
Experience with embedded functional test, integration, verification, and validation (IV&V)
Proven application of systems engineering principles across all test-related lifecycle activities
Working knowledge of standard Systems Engineering artifacts such as Block Diagrams, Context Diagrams, Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, and Flow Diagrams
Hands-on experience with DOORS (Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System)
Experience supporting development, environmental, qualification, production, and manufacturing operations testing
Experience developing, decomposing, and managing system requirements throughout the product lifecycle, including design through production
Education Level Required:
Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 4+ years of directly related engineering experience (or Master’s degree in STEM with 2+ years of experience)
Pay Range: $65.00 - $ 80.00 per hour.
