Serves as the passback hangar planning operations representative.

Responsibilities

  • Books travel for TDY trips and handles expense reports for the teams. Supports travel for teams from 1 to 12 people. Builds direct relationships with hotels/rental agencies for best rates and rates that are within per diem. Books rental cars for the trip at best value for the required mission. Submits Temporary Travel Document (TTD) requests to the prime contractor for government approval.
  • Responds to short notice trip taskings and unscheduled delays, returns, and routings during the trip. Will be responsible for booking return travel for unplanned employee emergencies at any hour or on weekends/holidays. Coordinates for the GSA van for airport runs.
  • Submits Visit Authorization Letters for new employees and visitors.
  • Tracks and manages overtime requests and approvals. Reports overtime budget.
  • Works with the prime contractor to open phase and support work worders for Workforce Autotime man-hour tracking.
  • Maintains the LMR Outlook aircraft status slides and bi-weekly meeting slides sending them to both the prime and ATS managers.
  • Works very closely with the SOATB PP&C representative to balance efforts and meet the needs of the site. The representatives are familiar with each other's teams and processes so that they can backfill each other during absences.
  • Coordinates for employee drug screens and transports those employees in the GSA van to the clinic and back.

Qualifications

  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a secret clearance.
  • Must be very capable with Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be familiar with Concur, Deltek, or other travel/expense report software.
  • Must be a professional and effective communicator with electronic and telephonic communications. Will complete and submit reports and requests to Akima, the prime contractor, and government representatives.
  • Will be required to work with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and the safeguarding of that information.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
