Responsibilities
- R esponsible for aligning technical strategies with PM PNT and broader Army objectives , driving the adoption of modular and open systems architectures, and ensuring successful achievement of milestone decisions and COE updates.
- S erves as the primary liaison between PM PNT, ASA(ALT), PEOs, and AFC stakeholders, fostering cross-PEO coordination and synchronization.
- O versee s the development of concept and requirements analysis, systems design, modeling & simulation, and integration/test strategies, while ensuring robust security practices and effective communication through briefings, reporting, and knowledge management systems.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master 's Degree in Engineering , Computer Science or related field .
- Fifteen ( 15 ) years of related experience
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills to guide technical teams, collaborate with stakeholders across multiple PEOs, and contribute to the development of the PNT Enterprise architecture and strategy
- TS/SCI Clearance
