TITLE: Software Engineer with ACTIVE TS/SCI
LOCATION: Onsite in Aurora, CO 80011 (no relocation package)
RATE RANGE: $80/hr W2(full benefits and PTO) - $102/hr W2 (no health benefits no PTO while on contract)
CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret/SCI (US Citizenship REQUIRED)
DURATION: 12+ months

RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for cutting-edge satellite ground systems.
Work with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment.
What You Will Learn
A breadth of advanced software technologies and techniques including multi-tiered architectures, AWS web services, and microservice software design.
Modern DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques.
Software lifecycle practices for large-scale defense projects.
Satellite ground system technologies including command & telemetry, flight dynamics, planning and scheduling, and spacecraft operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of relevant software engineering experience.
Experience developing object-oriented software using Java and C++.
Experience developing software in a Linux environment.
Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket.
Experience developing software on the M2C2 or Rushmore program
An active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Software development lifecycle experience using the SAFe Agile methodology.
Experience developing software using Python.
Experience with AMMP, Cucumber, GIT, Khaos (M2C2 FD), Kubernetes, Oracle, Postgres, SonarQube, Weblogic, WIGS/Angular.
Experience with cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and CI/CD processes.
Experience working with full stack development.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor Degree Preferred
