The Technical Director/Chief Engineer is the principal technical authority, responsible for the design, integration, and technical excellence of all software, AI/ML, and enterprise solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the development and integration of advanced software architectures, AI/ML systems, and enterprise IT solutions.
• Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks across all project teams.
• Guide the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance system performance, security, and scalability.
• Oversee technical risk assessments, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to translate mission needs into actionable technical requirements and solutions.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all security, data rights, and performance requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 10 years' experience in technical leadership roles, with a focus on software architecture, AI/ML, and enterprise integration.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects in secure environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship (required for classified work).
• Ability to deploy globally as required by mission needs.
