We're seeking a Program Manager who will serve as the senior leader responsible for the overall execution, performance, and success of the program. This role serves as the primary interface with government stakeholders, ensuring all contract objectives are met, risks are managed, and customer satisfaction is achieved through proactive leadership and strategic oversight.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for all aspects of contract execution, ensuring alignment with government objectives and mission requirements.
• Oversee program planning, resource allocation, and performance management to deliver high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
• Foster strong relationships with government customers, acting as the main point of contact for all programmatic matters and issue resolution.
• Lead and facilitate technical meetings, status reviews, and collaborative sessions with government and contractor teams.
• Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and deliverables, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure contract compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices in Agile, SAFe, and IT program management.
• Ensure all personnel maintain required clearances, certifications, and training.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 8 years' experience managing large, complex IT programs, preferably within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
• SAFe certification.
• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Demonstrated expertise in program management, customer engagement, and risk mitigation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• U.S. Citizenship (required for classified work).
• Ability to deploy globally as required by mission needs.
