Titan Technologies is seeking a Lead UX & Content Strategist to support a mission-focused Government customer by delivering the full lifecycle of services needed to advance and modernize critical software capabilities. This includes developing, testing, integrating, and deploying enhancements to existing systems, as well as enabling the delivery of new and emerging requirements that drive mission success.
The program establishes a unified and optimized Operations and Sustainment framework for legacy environments while applying Human-Centered Design principles to enhance usability and effectiveness. By leveraging robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices within the DevSecOps pipeline, it ensures stable, secure, and responsive systems, enabling faster delivery of new features and supporting long-term system performance and mission readiness.

Job description:
The Lead Lead UX & Content Strategist is responsible for translating user requirements into intuitive digital experiences across PMO-managed applications. This role develops and executes content strategy, leads content operations, collaborates with UX and design teams, and ensures accessible, user-centered digital products aligned with mission needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead UX & Content Strategy initiatives with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Manage content operations, including editing, governance, workflows, and structured content models.
- Coordinate site updates, releases, and change readiness for new features.
- Oversee editorial processes to maintain content consistency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain documentation, governance standards, and instructional materials.
- Guide internal teams with style guides, patterns, and best practices.
- Maintain content inventory, audit logs, and version tracking.
- Analyze user data and feedback to recommend improvements.
- Administer SEO metadata and optimize content discoverability.
- Provide recommendations for templates, components, and editorial tools.
- Conduct content audits and usability reviews.
- Use collaborative design tools to align content with interface design.
- Translate research and user needs into actionable content strategy.
- Collaborate with design, development, testing, and business teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions.
You MUST have:
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
- Experience with user research, user-centered design principles, and UX/UI standards
- Experience designing 508-compliant and USWDS-compliant web or mobile interfaces
- Hands-on experience creating user flows, wireframes, and digital content structures
- Experience conducting UX evaluations and developing UX recommendations
- Ability to manage content operations, editorial workflows, and governance
- Experience working with or supporting the Intelligence Community (IC)
- SAFe Agilist or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
It's GREAT if you also have:
- Experience mentoring or leading designers
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Experience with data visualization tools (D3.js, Chart.js, etc.)
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch or similar search/indexing systems
- Experience with Agile development environments
- Proficiency with collaboration tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
Education:
- Bachelors and 10+ years combined professional design experience (UCD, UI/UX design).
- Masters in a Technical field would be good to have.
