PPC seeks an experienced Software Engineers and Developers to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) Intelligence and Security Directorate (G2). You will provide engineering, technical integration, T&E, and INFOSEC services to support design, integration, engineering testing, documentation, fielding, and sustainment support for Multi-Intelligence solutions, Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRCs), and technical initiatives. You will review MI applications and identify and address gaps to provide a full life-cycle solution for Soldiers. You will support systems integration efforts and assist the Material Developer with research, development, installation, testing, and engineering support. This includes developing integrated hardware and software solutions suitable for Intelligence Operations, including operating under deployed austere field conditions. You will create, design, deploy, and support software using modern development practices, including Agile/Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) for automation, pipelines, tools, metrics, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CD) to increase the rate of newly fielded mission capabilities. Your work will directly enhance the effectiveness of Intelligence Soldiers across the ARNG.

The ARNG G-2 operates in a dynamic and complex operational environment. Military Intelligence and security play a critical role in enabling situational awareness, decision-making, and modernization across all phases of operations. Looking toward 2030 and beyond, ARNG G-2 will modernize capabilities and optimize Intelligence Operations to maintain flexibility and adaptability. This transformation ensures the ARNG provides a robust General Intelligence Security (GIS) framework to identify vulnerabilities, ensure security, and safeguard sensitive information. The GIS programs include Personnel Security (PERSEC), INFOSEC, Communications Security (COMSEC), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Industrial Security (INDUSEC), and Foreign Disclosure (FD).
