NS2 Mission is seeking a System Integrator to support a critical government customer in Herndon, VA. This role plays a key part in modernizing IT operations, strengthening enterprise security, and improving business and financial processes across a high-impact mission space.
The IT Resource Management and Operations Integration component leads budget formulation and execution, portfolio management, and business transformation initiatives. To fuel their momentum, they require specialized expertise across several strategic efforts.

What You'll Support
Enterprise IT & Requirements Integration
- Integrate system and business requirements across IT development and engineering teams.
- Support an enterprise portfolio and project management tool for which the Sponsor serves as product owner.
- Assist in unifying capabilities from multiple offices into a centralized system.
- Support financial and business functions, including a new cost-recovery model initiative.
- Conduct data assessments and analysis through engagement with IT and finance SMEs.
- Document findings, prepare reports, and brief leadership.
- Support a new initiative focused on future-state security integration.
- Analyze current processes, approvals, and training requirements.
- Work with security SMEs to develop a roadmap and recommendations.
- Design, test, and integrate new and upgraded security products across Sponsor networks.
- Provide technical oversight for integrating new mission capabilities and technologies.
- Engage with customers to clarify requirements, evaluate options, and provide IT-driven solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues efficiently and accurately.
- Review and refine existing IT programs to improve performance and reduce operating time.
- Plan and execute integration designs for a budget-reconciliation database structure.
- Convert customer and product requirements into complete system solutions.
- Acquire and maintain primary and secondary cost-recovery data sources and database systems.
- Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and support business process improvements.
- Monitor industry trends and advise on emerging technologies and future direction.
- Support development and execution of community-wide policies and procedures.
- Stay current on Sponsor directives, regulations, and standards.
- Enhance change-management processes by evaluating tools and workflows.
- Create and execute a Sponsor-wide communications plan to ensure transparent information flow.
- Respond to senior leadership queries.
- Develop high-quality documents, reports, graphics, and presentations.
- Experience with SharePoint & SharePoint Designer (webpages, webparts, workflows, permissions, file transfers).
- Experience creating sites, pages, and widgets using WordPress.
- Systems Administration experience, including creating collections, file transfers, permissions, and SharePoint migrations.
- Strong understanding of Shared Drives, group permissions, and access management.
- Graphic design experience including banners, imagery, and tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Shutterstock.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience working within the Sponsor's onsite customer domain.
