Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a technical IT development team using Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive productive requirements discussions.
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and procedures.
- Validate overall system performance, functionality, and readiness for deployment.
- Ensure systems comply with applicable security policies, controls, and A&A requirements.
- Strong experience with Agile project management, requirements management, and sprint planning for IT development teams.
- Proven ability to conduct requirements gathering, analysis, traceability, validation, verification, and documentation, ensuring alignment with Agile sprint cycles.
- Expertise in facilitating requirements discussions and conducting stakeholder interviews.
- Hands-on experience with test planning, execution, and validation, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to deployment.
Other Skills:
- Experience with system authorization and accreditation (A&A) processes, security requirements, and applying security policy and controls.
