Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated IT Project Manager to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• Strong background in SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP),
• Experience with project management software tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Trello.
