About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Knowledge Manager to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation, management, and dissemination of knowledge assets across the organization to improve efficiency, collaboration, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies and frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
• Create, maintain, and optimize knowledge repositories, databases, and content management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture, organize, and share critical information and best practices.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration through training sessions, workshops, and communication initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze knowledge usage and effectiveness to continuously improve knowledge management processes.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and information security policies related to knowledge assets.
• Support change management initiatives by providing relevant knowledge resources and guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in knowledge management, information management, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of knowledge management tools, content management systems, and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve knowledge processes.
• Familiarity with data governance and information security best practices.
