Administrative/Supply Support Assistant

Job summary: Organized administrative and logistics support assistant providing coordination for NCTC. Experienced in managing meetings, records, calendars, reporting, and communications while supporting strategic planning, timekeeping QA, and supply management. Works closely with logistics and financial departments to ensure material readiness across the command.
Description:
• Generates stock replenishment plans to sustain operational requirements and ensure continuous material availability
• Identifies material requirements for course schedules; coordinated with course directors to validate needs and achieves on-time shipping for all course deliveries.
• Collaborates with DLA Document Services to submit and track printing orders supporting publications and course material requirements.
• Monitors funding limitations and generates detailed metrics for all print requests.
• Organizes stockroom and warehouse storage for supplies, student guides, and materials supporting CECOS/Environmental courses.
• Prepares and packs materials for shipment to designated course locations while ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Accurately forecasts demand quantities
• Maintains detailed inventory records; tracked incoming and outgoing stock to ensure stable and accurate inventory levels.
• Inspects stock for outdated materials and executed proper disposal in compliance with records management laws.
• Independently resolves complex shipping and transportation issues to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ability to adapt to new systems and procedures, including the DSO Print Production system and updated transportation processes.
Minimum Requirements:
• Proficient with the MS suite
• Active DoD Secret clearance
Position classification: Full time, non-exempt
