CACI is seeking a seasoned Senior Deputy Program Manager (DPM) who will serve as the principal advisor to the Program Manager (PM). The DPM will be responsible for the overall contract performance and management essential for the successful execution of contractor responsibilities in meeting all program and Statement of Work (SOW) requirements.

As the Deputy Program Manager, you will team with the PM to help shape our technical workforce, build our technical capabilities, drive technical insertion, improve program performance, grow our business, and establish our team as the premier solution leader for our customers.

The DPM will be responsible to the PM for overall team performance and management of essential activities for the successful execution of CACI's responsibilities in meeting the requirements of the program. The DPM will keep both the customer and CACI management abreast of issues, risks, and accomplishments. Together with the PM, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent communication and collaboration across the program and the customer's ecosystem, which consists of multiple other contracts.
The interdependent nature of these requirements demands an experienced and certified IT leader with relevant and recent experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Help lead a large program consisting of over 450 personnel across highly visible and complex functional areas.
  • Work with teams to coordinate scope, risk, and schedule management across the overall program
  • Communicate and engage across multiple constituencies (both on the program and key stakeholders) in a way that influences service outcomes and steers toward change objectives.
  • Work closely with functional leads and their staff to develop, refine, and implement processes, policies, and procedures to yield consistent, high-quality results across the organization.
  • Align roles and responsibilities for complex, highly integrated work streams; manage budget and reporting requirements.
  • Manage program personnel across multiple CONUS (Continental United States) and OCONUS (Outside Continental United States) locations.
  • Recommend innovative, practical, and timely options for solutions that clearly delineate benefits/trade-offs to users and stakeholders.
  • Work with the team to analyze program processes to determine gaps and identify technology-enabled solutions to close gaps.
  • Think outside the box to develop new ideas, concepts, and solutions to meet new requirements, unarticulated needs, or existing needs.
  • Think freely to exploit technological advances that address business needs, without the constraint of former approaches.
  • Listen and encourage various points of view, whether in agreement or not, to create commitment and velocity through alignment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Business, Financial, Management, Computer Science, Communications, Engineering or IT-related discipline or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years related work experience
  • TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
  • Experience managing enterprise programs valued at $300M+.
  • Experience managing a major sub-function for a large program.
  • Demonstrated experience with business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Expertise in Service Management and Service Integration solutions.
  • Ability to interact effectively across all organizational boundaries and with key customer and CACI stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience leading personnel and multiple teams with an emphasis on providing a culture of inclusiveness, independent thought, consistent communication, and mentorship.
