What You’ll Do
Architect and Automate: Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines to streamline provisioning and operations.
Optimize Performance: Develop and refine cloud architectures for cost efficiency, security, scalability, and high availability.
Enhance Resilience: Build tools for monitoring, scaling, backup, and disaster recovery to ensure mission continuity.
Drive Innovation: Research emerging technologies and integrate best practices for enterprise automation and DoD systems modernization.
Lead Migration Efforts: Support cloud migration initiatives and troubleshoot complex, multi-system issues across hybrid environments.
Document and Improve: Deliver technical documentation and recommend process improvements to strengthen cloud governance.
Required Skills & Experience
Active Secret Clearance (or higher)
Security+ Certification
3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Proven expertise in cloud infrastructure design and support
Strong proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
Solid understanding of cloud security principles and compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with DoD systems or other highly regulated environments
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK)
Advanced certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, etc.)
Compensation
$110,000 to $125,000 per year annual salary.
