We are looking for a Microsoft Intune Engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, configuring, and administering enterprise mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solutions using Microsoft Intune and the broader Microsoft Endpoint Manager ecosystem. The Intune Engineer integrates Intune with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft 365 security capabilities to support zero-trust architectures and enforce identity-based security. Duties include troubleshooting enrollment and policy issues, automating tasks with PowerShell, managing device lifecycle processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational and government cybersecurity requirements such as DISA STIGs, RMF, and NIST 800-53. The engineer collaborates with system administrators, cloud engineers, and cybersecurity teams to optimize endpoint security, streamline device onboarding, and maintain reliable, compliant enterprise mobility services.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune environments for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
• Implement and enforce security policies, compliance configurations, device profiles, and conditional access rules.
• Administer and maintain Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) integrations, including identity protection, MFA, and device enrollment workflows.
• Deploy and manage Windows, iOS, and Android devices using Intune, Autopilot, and configuration profiles.
• Package, deploy, and update enterprise applications through Intune and Microsoft 365 tenant services.
• Monitor device health, compliance status, and security posture through Intune dashboards and reporting.
• Troubleshoot enrollment issues, configuration conflicts, and application deployment failures.
• Ensure compliance with DoD, DISA STIG, RMF, and organizational cybersecurity policies for managed devices.
• Collaborate with cloud, networking, and cybersecurity teams to support Zero Trust architecture and secure mobile operations.
• Maintain documentation for architecture, processes, policy configurations, and support procedures.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience administering Microsoft Intune, MDM/MAM, or Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD, conditional access, Autopilot, and device compliance frameworks.
• Experience with Windows, iOS, and Android device management in enterprise settings.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or scripting for automation and deployment tasks.
• Familiarity with DoD or federal security standards (DISA STIGs, NIST 800-53, RMF) is highly preferred.
• DoD 8570/8140 certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA-Security, CYSA+, or equivalent) required.
• Microsoft MS-102 certification (Microsoft 365)
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (as required by contract or client).
