Summary:
The Program Manager III (PM) will serve as the primary liaison for the customer, providing both technical and managerial leadership on significant tasks and technology assignments. The PM will establish objectives and comprehensive project plans that align with project goals and will oversee and direct client activities accordingly. This role encompasses overall responsibility for project execution methods and staffing, ensuring that contractual requirements are consistently met.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000 annually.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead day-to-day program operations and planning
- Manage schedule, risks, action items, and program deliverables
- Conduct program reviews, IPT meetings, and briefings
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, technical teams, and subcontractors
- Ensure cost, schedule, and performance compliance
- Maintain program documentation and reporting
- Oversee classified and controlled information handling in accordance with OPSEC/DoD regulations
- Develop overall project schedule & milestones and monitors the execution of the project against planned timelines
- Develop project plans, project schedules, status reports, briefings, and other project management deliverables
- Provide technical and functional management to one or more project teams for specific projects or sub-tasks
- Ensure project staffing quality is maintained and assists in the acquisition of new company staff resources
- Grow existing program work organically by identifying and selling new opportunities within the department
- Overseeing company-wide programs, providing leadership, and direction for project completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders, managing project communications
- Prepare and present project reports for the leadership team
- Support, coordinate, and execute project activities
- Analyze and interpret project data, providing insights
- Track performance against planned project performance, ensuring project progress is on schedule and within budget
- Provide timely and accurate updates
- Provides subject matter expertise as required

Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Able to influence and drive change
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multi-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project or equivalent scheduling tool, SharePoint / Teams
- Strong ability to communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders through both written and verbal channels
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a Program/Project Manager or Team Lead with increasing responsibility
- Experience overseeing at least two major projects simultaneously
- Experience with DoD acquisition programs
- Must have a Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition frameworks (DAS, SECNAV 5000)
- Familiarity with OPSEC, DD254 requirements
- Ability to manage classified information in secure environments
