Senior Identity Intelligence (I2) Analyst to support Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) at Camp Smith, Hawaii. In this role, you will lead a small team of analysts producing high-impact identity intelligence in support of special operations across the Indo-Pacific. You will fuse all-source data, biometric information, and document/media exploitation to identify nefarious actors and networks, enhance situational awareness, and directly enable SOCPAC operations and planning.
This position is ideal for a senior analyst with strong biometric/I2 experience, prior support to military or law enforcement missions, and proven team lead / project management capability.
Core Responsibilities
Produce all-source identity intelligence products to support SOCPAC planning, orders, and operations.
Conduct biometric analysis, document and media exploitation (DOMEX), OSINT-driven exploitation, and watch listing to identify threat actors and networks.
Serve as team lead for the SOCPAC I2 Analysis Cell:
Oversee day-to-day activities of contract analysts.
Track production, assign tasks, and maintain production trackers.
Ensure compliance with contract, training, and certification requirements.
Build and manage I2 products and biometric enrollment files using MS Office and specialized tools; submit records to appropriate repositories in accordance with SOPs.
Coordinate with tactical, theater, national, and IC partners to synchronize biometric and identity intelligence information.
Conduct analytic exchanges with IC partners and operational units to refine requirements, maintain situational awareness, and align production.
Research, evaluate, and integrate exploitation and biometric data into focused, actionable products for SOCPAC leadership, component units, and partners.
Prepare and deliver briefings (products, capabilities, tradecraft, legal/policy framework) to the SOCPAC Commander, key leaders, and cleared international partners.
Provide I2 support to exercises, including scenario development, “road to war” products, and live exercise participation. Contribute cultural context and translation support to improve understanding of exploited and biometric information.
Maintain currency with all applicable DoD 8570 / successor training and certification requirements; ensure no personnel perform tasks without required certifications.
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-10 years of experience;
Functional Experience
5–7 years conducting all-source identity intelligence, including
Biometric analysis
Document and media exploitation (DOMEX)
Watchlist functions
Supporting tasks to identify previously unknown nefarious personalities and groups
At least 2 years of project or team lead experience supporting:
Military, law enforcement, or identity intelligence missions, or
OSINT research and analysis teams.
Clearance & Citizenship
U.S. Citizen
Active and maintainable DoD TS/SCI clearance.
