Full Stack Engineer
12 Months Contract, Possible CTH and Extension
Location: Littleton, CO or Sunnyvale, CA
TS/SCI and CI poly Clearance Required
Work Schedule: 4/10-1st Shift
Job Description:
• Classified IT Operations, supporting the Space IT Applications team, is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer experienced in deploying and sustaining applications within a fast-paced, high-energy, collaborative environment.
• The selected candidate will contribute to all phases of the application deployment life cycle—including requirements gathering, design, implementation, integration, installation, and testing.
• Key responsibilities include deploying applications in classified environments, maintaining and troubleshooting existing systems and interfaces, and serving as a liaison between classified programs and unclassified application environments.
• This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance. Work location will be either Littleton, CO or Sunnyvale, CA.
Basic Qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph required prior to start
• CompTIA Security+ or other DoD IAT Level II certification, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex technical issues at the application layer
• Experience working within enterprise environments (compute, storage, network, database)
• Ability to quickly learn new technical skills in a collaborative team setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record as a self-starter and independent contributor
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, build strong team relationships, and provide exceptional customer service
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, or SQL Server, including SQL proficiency
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps principles
• Experience developing with scripting or programming languages such as C#, Java, Bash, or similar
• Hands-on experience deploying enterprise applications (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Teamwork Cloud, Tableau)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Ansible
• Experience with network-attached storage systems
• Familiarity with managing compute environments such as VMware, Hyper-V, or OpenShift
