To be eligible for a SkillBridge, you must meet the following requirements:

• Must be on Active-Duty orders in the U.S. Armed Forces
• Must be eligible to participate per DoD Instruction 1322.29.
• Must have all TAP and transition requirements completed prior to the start date.
• Must receive approval from Unit Commander or O4+ in the chain of command.

What You Will Do:

Training & mentorship opportunities include, but are not limited to:

• Configure, Manage, and Upgrade existing Cisco Network hardware and software, such as switches, routers, ASAs, and Next Generation Firepower
• Ensure Information Assurance compliance for Network hardware and software and mitigating identified IA vulnerabilities. Remediate IAVAM and DISA STIGS

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Cisco CCNA certification
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued TOP SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Background/Experience with LAN, WAN, Routers, Switches, and other network hardware.
• Experience with Type-1 HAIPE Encryptors, VPN technologies and protocols IPSEC, GRE, L2TP, DMVPN, etc.
