Description

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing all levels of the software solution, including the data layer, application code, and user interface. Key tasks include developing APIs and integrations, utilizing AWS best practices, and working with Infrastructure as Code DevOps tools for cloud orchestration. The role involves collaborating with the Chief Engineer and Technical Leads to translate requirements into actionable user stories within an Agile team environment. Additionally, the developer will focus on optimizing code for cloud deployment and ensuring seamless integration between systems through web APIs.

Required Skills

  • 4-7 years of experience with application layer programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, C++)
  • Database and data layer experience (e.g., SQL, unstructured data, MongoDB, Python, R, Elasticsearch)
  • Front end development skills (e.g., modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Optional Skills

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code DevOps tools
  • Experience leveraging cloud best practices for cost-effective development

Base Salary$185,000 - $224,000
PTO30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays.
Retirement15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
Paid BenefitsCompany pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you.
Annual Bonuses3% to 5% annual bonuses.
Cell Phone Stipend$100 monthly phone expense reimbursement.
Training Budget3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget
New Hire Bonus$5,000 new hire bonus
